Processed and cooked foods might be tastier and easier to prepare, but they contribute to becoming overweight and developing disorders like obesity and diabetes due to waste accumulation in the body.

For instance, margarine is not easily digestible by the human digestive system. When the body cannot break it down into simple molecules, it gets released into the bloodstream and stored in the cells as waste, taking five years to be completely discarded. Reducing bakery intake is a good idea.

To revive your health, focus on three essential requirements:

1. Food: Nutritious, cleansing, clean, and antioxidant-rich.
2. Water: With a good pH level and properly mineralized.
3. Air: Clean and pure.

Improving these three essential intakes will significantly enhance your energy levels, making you feel light, creative, and full of energy. You will also notice a positive change in your mood. Food

Eating healthy, raw food is highly beneficial, including vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Cooked food loses essential nutrients due to heat and requires the body to produce many enzymes to digest it.

Animals consume their food in its pure, raw state, staying healthy and full of energy. Disease is an anomaly for them, and they don’t feel the risk of illness while consuming natural raw food. Though raw food might taste boring, mixing it with natural sauces and seed oils can make it enjoyable. Many books offer ideas for making raw food interesting, but ensure that the ingredients used are natural.

Include good amounts of cold-pressed oils in your diet, such as sesame, flaxseed, and black seed oil, which are great sources of healthy fats and antioxidants. However, don't switch to eating raw foods overnight. Maintain a balance between cooked and raw foods and gradually learn what feels best for your body.

Milk thistle oil is excellent for cleansing the liver and removing toxins from the body. Eating sprouts like masha, chickpeas, and soybeans is also beneficial. Blanching them in boiled water for a few minutes makes them more palatable, though they can also be eaten raw.

Water

Ionized water neutralizes free radicals, boosting overall body functioning. Fresh juices from sugar cane and watermelon are great sources of alkaline water and antioxidants.

Air
